You can earn points in two different ways:

1. Earning Points as a Loyalty Programme Member:

As a member of our Loyalty Programme, you can earn points every time you place an order with us.

In addition to that, when you sign up for our Loyalty Programme, you'll receive a warm welcome with a bonus of 200 points! It's our way of saying thank you for being a part of our community.

2. Bonus Points Opportunities:

We've created a few extra ways for you to earn more points:

• Subscribe to our mailing list: Stay in the loop with our latest updates and promotions and earn an extra 50 points.
• Happy birthday: Let us know your birthday and we will send you a dedicated gift to celebrate your special day.
• Follow us on social media: Connect with us on Instagram and TikTok, and you'll earn 20 extra points.
• Refer a friend: Spread the love and get rewarded when your friend places an order at Skin Cupid.

Convert your points into discounts for immediate savings at checkout. For Angels and Cupids, you can also exchange them for vouchers to use later. Choose from three distinct vouchers:$5 (Redeemable with 450 points)$10 (Redeemable with 800 points)$15 (Redeemable with 1200 points)By trading your points for vouchers, you maximise their value, as the more points you have the better value you get for them.

Please note that points will be reflected in your Loyalty Programme after you create your order points related to those orders will not be reflected or accumulated.

Please note that sometimes it can take a few days for us to process your activity and provide your points.

Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. Once verified these points will either be changed to Approved or Cancelled depending on the case Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

When you refer friends and family to our website, they receive a generous 15% discount for their first purchase, while you earn 500 points when they place an order. To refer someone, simply navigate to the "Earn points" tab and click on the "Refer a friend" button, where you'll find your unique referral link to share with your loved ones.

Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.
